Role of the Key person in supporting Children with SEN & Disabilities

Overview

This session will help you to understand your role as a key person in relation to the new SEND Code of Practice (April 2015), the revised EYFS and the Equality Act.

It will explore the ways in which all practitioners can play their part in providing SEN support alongside the SENCO. Sources of information, resources will be discussed.

This course is appropriate for private, voluntary and independent childcare nurseries, clubs, crèches, preschool nurseries and childminders.

Course admin

This is a one day course.

Minimum 10, Maximum 30.
